Today, Xiaomi has officially launched the new Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 smartphone at Beijing, China. This is the latest phone in Xiaomi’s Mi Mix series. The new Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 comes with a fully bezel-less display like the Oppo Find X and Vivo Nex. The Mi Mix 3 is the first smartphone to comes with 10GB of RAM. This device will also have an upcoming 5G variant.

The starting price of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 smartphone is CNY 3,299 ($474). This phone will be available in India soon. In this article, we’ll tell you the specifications and features of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3.

The newly launched Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a 6.4 inches Full HD+ (2340×1080) AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 403 PPI, and 93.4% screen-to-body ratio. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor along with the Adreno 630 GPU. It comes with 6GB/8GB/10GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage.

For photography, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features dual rear-facing cameras consisting of a 12MP (f/1.8 aperture) primary camera, secondary 12MP (f/2.4 aperture) camera and dual LED flash. The rear camera setup has 4-axis OIS, Optical zoom, AI bokeh, 4K video recording, and much more. On the front, it has 24MP + 2MP dual front-facing cameras with selfie light and AI-based features.

The Mi Mix 3 runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with MIUI 10. It comes with a 3850 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0+ and 10W Qi wireless charging. There’s a fingerprint sensor placed at the back. For network & connectivity, the handset has dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port. There’s no 3.5mm headphone jack in this device.

The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is priced at CNY 3299 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM variant. The version with 8GB RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage costs CNY 3599 whereas the 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM model costs CNY 3999. The ‘The Palace Museum’ Edition with 10GB RAM and 256GB ROM priced at CNY 4999 ($720).

The phone will be available in three different colors – Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, and Jade Green. The Pre-orders for the device has started today. It will go on sale from 1st November 2018 in China.
