Xiaomi BlackShark Gaming Smartphone Launched in China with 8GB RAM, SD 845 SoC, and 4000mAh Battery

After a long wait finally, Xiaomi’s First Gaming Smartphone named BlackShark has officially launched in China. The Black Shark gaming smartphone was launched on Friday. The new Xiaomi BlackShark smartphone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It scored around 279464 points on AnTuTu benchmarking site. The device also comes with a liquid cooling system which makes it very suitable for gaming.

Xiaomi BlackShark Gaming Smartphone Specifications

The new Xiaomi Black Shark comes with a 5.99-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080×2160 pixels. The display has an 18:9 aspect ratio. The Blackshark gaming phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It has Adreno 630 GPU, 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage.

Xiaomi BlackShark features 20MP + 12MP dual rear cameras with LED flash. The phone has a 20MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture.

The handset packs a 4000 mAh battery. It also has Quick Charge 3.0 support. The device supports Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, AGPS, Glonass and sensors like – Gyroscope, Gravity Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Ambient Light sensor, etc.

The fingerprint sensor is located at the front of the device. The phone will come with Black Shark Gaming Controller for free but only for first 50,000 orders. BlackShark Gaming controller is priced at 179 Yuan.

Xiaomi BlackShark Price

The Xiaomi Black Shark gaming smartphone costs CNY 2,999 (around Rs. 31,100) in China for 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. And the variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at CNY 3,499 (around Rs. 36,300). The smartphone will be available in two different colors – Polar Night, and Sky Grey.
