Oppo A83 launching in India on January 20th – Full Specifications

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo had already launched the Oppo A83 smartphone in China last year. And now it’s time to launch the phone in India. Oppo A83 will be launching in India on January 20th. The phone features a new face unlock functionality.

Oppo A83 features a 5.7-inch display with 1440 × 720 pixels resolution. The display has 18:9 aspect ratio. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat operating system. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio P23 octa-core processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The storage can be expandable up to 128GB via a MicroSD card. Oppo A83 comes with a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for selfies. The phone has a 3,180mAh non-removable battery.

The new OPPO A83 has the Face Unlock feature. The phone uses the facial recognition of a person to unlock. The handset supports dual SIM cards and includes connectivity option like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Micro USB 2.0 port.
