Lenovo Z5 Pro GT Launched in China with 12GB RAM, 512GB ROM, and Snapdragon 855 SoC.

And surprisingly, it will come from the Lenovo company. Lenovo has just launched its latest flagship smartphone, the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT, in China. It is the world’s first smartphone that comes with 12GB of RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC. Like its predecessor Lenovo Z5 Pro, the brand new Lenovo Z5 Pro GT also has the sliding back mechanism for the dual front cameras and a notch-less display.
The starting price of the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT is 2,698 Yuan (Around $391). It will be available for buying from 24th January next year. This new phone will compete with Apple iPhone XS, Samsung Galaxy S9, OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition, Galaxy A9, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and other premium phones.

The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT is a dual-SIM phone sporting a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels.
It runs on the Android 9.0 Pie and is powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor. For graphics, it has Adreno 640 GPU. The device has scored 368480 points on the AnTuTu Benchmark.
The phone comes with 6GB/8GB/12GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable via microSD card slot.
The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT features 16MP + 24MP dual rear-facing cameras with LED flash, PDAF, AI Scene Recognition, HDR and many other AI options. On the front, it packs 16MP + 8MP dual selfie cameras.
The device comes with a 3,350 mAh battery that supports Fast charging feature. The Z5 Pro GT has an in-display fingerprint sensor and Face Unlock functionality. For connectivity, it comes with support for 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and USB Type-C port. There’s no 3.5mm headphone jack on the device.

The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT comes in four different storage variants:
- 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM – 2,698 Yuan (Around Rs 28,000)
- 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM – 2,998 Yuan (Around Rs 31,000)
- 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM – 3,398 Yuan (Around Rs 35,000)
- 12GB RAM + 512GB ROM – 4,398 Yuan (Around Rs 45,000)
The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT is priced at 2,798 Yuan for the variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM. It costs 2,998 Yuan for the model with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM, 3,398 Yuan for the version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The top version is priced at 4,398 Yuan which comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
The pre-orders for this phone will begin from 15th January 2019 in China. It will go on sale from 24th January 2019. It’s expected that the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT will launch in India next year.
